Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the jewellery is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customised or personalised pieces are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 working days after receiving and inspecting the return.
